Abstract:
 Purpose: To study the hidden factors of suppliers’ and vendors’ relationship in Business to sector Madhya Pradesh.
 Design/methodology/approach: For this paper, 10 questions were asked 856 suppliers B2B various products cities Pradesh. The Relative Importance Index was calculated rank variables. data later subjected factor analysis observed
 Findings: Suppliers expect Committed Relationship from their vendors. trust vendors/customers. They are proud have customers return buyers them. However they face big competition supplying goods. Despite (vendors) don't mind minor price changes. We find our loyal us. Customers who more price-sensitive less loyal. Payment time is an issue but not relatively important. issues like payment skipping orders between There competitive environment, as only supplier. important committed environment. Factor shows that explain approximately 36% variances explained while 14% by environment.
